Beginner and intermediate class, open to women of all skill levels, including beginners and prior students. Dive into the rich culture of Tahiti and its Society Islands as you learn a slow-paced choreography of authentic Tahitian and Paumotu songs. Our focus on grace and expression ensures a fulfilling experience with low to medium impact movements. Discipline, teamwork, and mastering basic techniques are emphasized, all of which will be showcased in recitals and performances throughout the year. To prepare for class: - Wear a long Pa'u or pareú skirt if available. - Arrive a few minutes early to complete a brief questionnaire. - Come with an open mind and ready to have fun!
