Class is for the intermediate 'Ori student. Intensive is medium to high impact with a focus on stamina, technique, cleanliness and expression. Group competition material will be used here. Please no outside guests without prior consent. Thank you. To prepare for class: * Wear a black shirt, we have a loaner pareú for you :) * Arrive a few minutes early to fill out a quick questionnaire. * Be open-minded and have fun!
